YOUR BRAND WILL BE EVALUATED BASED ON THE 7 BRANDING PRINCIPLES
P1: Purpose
Everything in your business starts with you. As a business owner, you'll be wearing most, if not all, the 'hats' in your business, at least in the beginning and as such, your business reflects yourself. So, we 'unpack' who you really are to be clear on how you got to this point, your ‘why’ – the reason for what you do, your core values and beliefs, your inspiration and aspirations, plus, importantly, your personal vision.
P2: Problem
Here we look at what meaningful problems you can and will solve for your clients. What you're good at doing now, what you want to be doing, and any areas to up-skill in, over the next 3-5 years. We look at your ability to create and deliver the products and services that fill a need in the marketplace and your capability in terms of your experience, knowledge and qualifications.
P3: People
Who exactly are the people in your niche Target Market? We need to know precisely whom you are targeting so we explore and investigate who they are in terms of their demographics and psychographics. We uncover your best promoters to maximise your reach and greatly increase your authority positioning. And lastly, we look at your potential partners for scaling and growth.
P4: Product
Let's look at the details of what you offer to your customers, your signature system (your ultimate and most amazing solution), the value it provides, and your price range. This reveals the tangible assets you sell, the key aspects that matter to your clients and where they sit in the market. Plus, we examine your Customer Nurture Journey and how you take people from being prospects to clients through to loyal advocates of your business who refer to you, continually buy from you and stay with you for years.
P5: Position
Positioning is about finding your own niche in a crowded market and how you want to be seen in the hearts and minds of your niche target market. What foundational elements are needed to get you started, what trust factors can you showcase, what makes you uniquely different to your competitors, and how are you positioning yourself against your competitors to stand apart and stand ahead of them.
P6: Persona
A unified and aligned visual presence is a must. We look at how you present your personal brand to the world in terms of your brand visuals (graphical elements, photos, and videos), your brand voice (copy and keywords) and your personal dress style (so you dress with intention). All aspects of your presentation must be aligned so you convey the same message constantly.
P7: Promote
The last section focuses on how you promote yourself to your niche target market. Trust is a key factor in building and maintaining relationships and clients, so we unpack how you best do that with your content, the platforms you’re on and the way you generate leads to bring in qualified referrals.
